license and be in good standing with your appraisal board in order to place an advertisement. |
| We reserve the right to accept or reject any site, for any reason. All
sites must be real estate related. |
| I understand that in order to advertise on this web site, I must be, and
certify that I presently am authorized by the company representing to place
advertisement. |
| You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Drecksler & Associates,
Inc., it's officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and
any third party information providers to the Service from and against all
loses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees,
resulting from any violation of the agreement. (including negligent or
wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the service. |
| The provisions of these paragraphs and indemnification are for the
benefit of Drecksler & Associates, Inc., "RealEstateAppraiser.com" and its
officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third
party information providers to the Service. Each of the individuals or
entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions
directly against you on its own behalf. |
| This agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any
time for any reason. The provisions of this agreement shall survive any
termination of the agreement. |
| This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of Georgia applicable to agreement made to be performed in
Georgia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Drecksler &
Associates, Inc., "RealEstateAppraiser.com" and you for any purpose
concerning this agreement or the parties' obligations here under shall be
brought exclusively in a federal or state court under competent jurisdiction
sitting in Cobb County, Georgia. Any cause of action or claim you may have
with respect to the website/service must be commenced within one (1) year
after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause is barred.
"RealEstateAppraiser.com" failure to insist upon or enforce strict
performance of an provision of the agreement shall not be construed as a
waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the
parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this
agreement. Drecksler & Associates, Inc., "RealEstateAppraiser.com" may
assign its rights and duties under this agreement to any party at any time
without notice. |
| Except as expressly set forth, no refunds shall be made. |
| Should the above information be found to be incorrect,
"RealEstateAppraiser.com" reserves the right to cancel said advertisement.
The advertisement will terminated by "RealEstateAppraiser.com" and no refund
will be issued. At the discretion of "RealEstateAppraiser.com", a
credit for future advertisement, within three months time of termination,
may be allowed. Cancellations are not prorated and there are no refunds. |

currently blocked out.
Appraisal Management Companies are also blocked out from advertising on our
web site since their area of coverage may include in the State of Georgia. |
